Meditation is offered for free, but supported by your donations. Thank you for contributing what you can.
 
The format in the tradition of Zen is as follows:
 
7:15am - doors open
7:30am - zazen (sitting meditation)
7:55am - kinhin (walking meditation)
8:00am - zazen (sitting meditation)
8:25am - kinhin (walking meditation)
8:30am - class ends
 
You can participate in just the 1st session (7:30-8am) or just the 2nd session (8-8:30am) or both.
 
Meditation offers many benefits including reduced stress, enhanced performance, increased appreciation and enjoyment of life, and a deeper connection with your essential being.

Sunday: 7:30 am - 8:00 am (doors open 7:15 am)

8:00 am - 8:30 am
