Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a mind body exercise holistically combining controlled breathing with the principles of marital arts. Tai Chi’s many health benefits include increased flexibility and  improved balance. It will boost heart health while strengthening the immune system and lowering blood pressure. Tai Chi assists in reducing pain, stress, anxiety, and depression. Other conditions potentially improved by Tai Chi include arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and fibromyalgia.
